      I have adult onset asthma (kicked in when I was 18, I'm now 35) and I like to run. I'm curious if any other asthma sufferers out there are runners and what their limits have been.

      Treatments

      Advair Somewhat Helpful
      Breathing Exercises Considering
      Inhaler Working / Worked
      I use albuterol every day
      Serevent Working / Worked
      Steroid inhaler prescribed to me during allergy season.
