  Hi Ladybear, You sure look a lot like a girl I went to school with up in Nebraska. I really want to know what you're eating and how much exercise, besides taking care of 3 children, you get to get off your meds. I need to get off them sooner than later, because I am paying out the wazoo for all my meds. I don't eat white breads or anything that isn't whole grain. Dr Neal Bernards' book allows whole grains, but no animal fats. I congratulate you for your achievements and wanted to give you a great biug hug. Hope you add me to your friends list. Mary Anne
