Close Food Addiction
In September I started to deal with everthing by eating until I felt good, then eating until I got sick, it's been going on for so long. I feel sick all of the time and really discusted with myself.
Treatments
- Writing Working / Worked
- Not really becuase I don't journal often enough.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- I just started to admit the problem to my thearipist to see if that would be helpful.
Close Eating Disorders
Type: BulimiaSuffered from Anervosia when I was 18 and struggled for three years with it, it almost killed me at the end. I got in patient treatment twice, and finally whent on Meds that increased my appetitate(med side effect), I finally got over it. Put on about 20 pounds, and then I was in a car accident and lost a family member and lost about 10 pounds. Now all the PAIN has caused me to seek comfort in food. I binge eat until I am very sick. I am looking for an answer, and reading self help books.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- In patient programs at a pshc. ward they specialized in this condition.
