- Chiropractic Adjustment Not Working
- Chiropractic care is largely unethical. Not all, most. Chiro's will manipulate your spine without full knowledge of your issues. Their priority is business, not your health. If you think I'm wrong, you're kidding yourself
- Yoga Working / Worked
- I don't know that it's technically yoga, but I really appreciate Pilates as it is custom designed to strengthen our core area and just has me feel good in general.
