Time really does fly. I can't believe how big my girls are getting! We had checkups on Tuesday for both girls. Madelyn at 3 years and one month is 40 inches tall and weighs 38 pounds. Caelyn at almost 11 weeks is 25 inches long and weighs 15 pounds 9 ounces. We have big girls but they are healthy! The doctor said both will be pretty tall and he was impressed at Madelyn's flexibility and coordination.
Madelyn is going to preschool and loves it. It took some warming up for her to get used to leaving me but now she is adjusted and doing well. I am happy to say that we successfully got her potty trained in time to start also. It was a rough battle as she is pretty stubborn and she still has her moments with it but overall she has done really well.
Caelyn is cooing more and more and can almost hold her head up all the way. She has been sleeping better the past week and a half (knock on wood) usually between 5-6 hours straight. I am still breastfeeding some. After producing huge amounts at the beginning my supply has decreased drastically. I am still determined to make it at least 4 months (same as I did with Madelyn). She is still getting breast milk the majority of the day but is getting formula also. I am trying to look at it like at least she is getting some still.
I am headed back to work in a week and a half and completely dreading it. I think I am going to be utterly sad that day. We have developed a great routine being at home and I am just really enjoying my time with the girls. I wish I lived in an area that was not so expensive and then we could afford for me to stay home. Hopefully by next year we will be moving to North Carolina and then it may be possible for me to not have to work or to work only part time.
Well, I hope everyone is doing well. Though I am not here often I think of you all frequently. I do check in and read journals when I can and I am so happy to see lots of babies and pregnant ladies! For those of you still in the process, it will happen for you! Love to you all!

I had tears in my eyes just this am thinking how fast time flies! Where has my little baby gone? She grows bigger each day. It sounds like your girls are healthy and happy. I would love to stay home too. How great would it be to spend all day with our little angels? I don't want to miss a minute of her precious life!! Take care.

I would guess the stress of you thinking about going back to work could be cutting your supply down. Try to relax sweetie! I will be thinking about you come next week!
