Hi.How is everything with you..I took a long break from the PC.I needed to to devote 100% on my husbands recovery from his operation..He was off work for 12 weeks..and now has been back to work 5 weeks..
Things are not going well....as far as his Health..and I am so run down...suffering with mild depressio..exhaustion..
If I could I would hop on a plane and go somewhere Peaceful..!!!

Close Anxiety
Several years ago I had really bad panic attacks which got sorted through CBT and Seroxat and initially Valium. Not a good combination. Was a bit "strange" for a couple of years - not myself according to my other half - but after moving to Spain seemed to be OK - Until recently that is. I have been stricken with health anxiety these last few weeks - every ache turns into a heart attack. I know it is just my mind playing up, but it doesn't help at the time. I need support and can give some too.
Treatments
- Ativan Working / Worked
- Starting on 1.5mg a day and will take it from there, now only taking 1 mg a day (in two halfs) and OK. Now down to one half in the morning. (July 2008) Stopped taking them completely - Sept 2008.
- Breathwork Working / Worked
- Calms you down fairly quickly.
- Lexapro Somewhat Helpful
- Taking Citalopram, but can't get the system to update that, so put it in here instead! 20mg at night - can't say I feel any different - which might be a good sign?
- Meditation Working / Worked
- Seems to be working for me. Doing Kabatt Zinn body scan and Yoga, and Holosync Quietude (alpha). Working so far....
