      About 3 months ago I started snoring and feeling really tired. On weekends all I would do is sleep, but I never felt rested. I visited my doctor since all the over the counter stuff did not help my snoring. I would even snore sleeping in a chair. She sent me for a sleep study and I was diagnosed with Mild Obstructive Apnea.

      Treatments

      CPAP Too Soon to Tell
      I have had a CPAP for 6 days. I was told to give it 3 weeks.
