Life is funny. Yesterday was my first day on the phones in my new job training. I have to say, it did not go well. We had some awful calls. I am so glad that I got that out of the way. Today will be better. Yay! My trainer felt like I did well though. I did get some help. At first, the floor help forgets we just got out of the classroom. They soon remember. It was good that way.

I  like the job. I have consistently worked 40 hrs per week for a month. WOOOHOOO!!! I am very proud of myself.
