I wanted to share a neat thought that really works. Do you know the difference between pain and suffering?
Pain is a physical thing.
Suffering is an emotional thing when we internalize, identify with and accept we are the pain. One shift off of the awareness from your pain to happy thoughts, times when you feel great. Exercise makes endorphines which are our natural morphine. I didn't think that it could get rid of pain but it really does. It does wonders for mood and stress levels. If we focus on must get rid of the pain, it actually gets worse. Remember, I am a fellow Fibro survivor. I am crossing over into the land of the living. I have also started to really take care of my nutrition through good vitamins and drinking Ensure. I read the labels and found out that Slim Fast Optima is pretty much the same thing except it is cheaper and tastes better. It does make a difference. Now, I am not saying this "heals" you. I think that Fibro will always be in the background. The true physical condition doesn't go away completely. But, having it in the background vs. the take over sure does feel better. I am researching the Fibromyalgia, mind , body spirit connection. My goal now is to just be internally happy and true to who I am The rest will fall into place. I took the kids and walked in the park. It was really nice. We all had fun.

Then, dun....dun....dun.....I have the test and a long 5 day wait. I have so enjoyed this journey. August 4th is my radio show debut. I am so excited to be doing that!!!!
