I wanted to share my awesome life transform I am undergoing in my own journey through Fibromyalgia. I believe chronic pain is a warning you're about to explode condition. No, it's not all in your head. It's in our bodies but a majority of the imbalances we suffer do start with our brain. Several key ingredients are missing from our diets. We need to take more nutritional supplements than the average

Notice how much of our country is in fact, SAD. We are so supremely blessed by God yet we waste a lot of resources that were designed to help us. Our creator has a perfect plan for our bodies to heal themselves but often times, we know better than he (or so we think). How sad is that, really? Exercise is sooooo key to feeling better. It challenges us to think, dream and do better. It's not about a destination. Success is a life style not a destination. Our thoughts really do become our life. I want a better life. I prayed for answers and they are coming. I wish I had the knowledge I have now in the form of a mentor when I first got diagnosed. I wish someone was brave and bold enough to say, There really is life after Fibro. It doesn't go totally away but by being open to receive new ideas, new methods of healing, (even though they have been practiced for centuries around the globe). We never know where, who or what will facilitate our healing. We trust God to bring those opportunities and make good choices, take actions we know are right for us, the rest will unfold step by step. It's seeing with your spirit, letting life energize you instead of drain you. That's my hope, to get to mentor people. The more we "Fight Fibromyaliga" the worse we feel. We're trying to control it. Stop. Let it go. Accept Fibro, love it, it will bring its own healing in the right time and right way for you. It's happening to me. Every step I take to become fit, healthy, in all areas, the more I see resources, people in my path to light my way. I started exercising two months ago consistently. I haven't seen much "results" that are measurable in my health. However, I decided to beat the mid to late week "blah" and negativity that yesterday brought me. I decided to challenge myself and see if I could take on a kick boxing workout that was 30 minutes long. I lasted 29 minutes. I am used to doing yoga for 20 minutes, dancing videos for 10-20 minutes. To work out with Jillian Michael's (the Biggest Loser Trainer) Kickboxing DVD for that long was awesome!!!!! I am getting closer to reaching my goal of taking Tae Kwon Do which is why I am working out to begin with. My pain levels remain fairly consistent at a 4-5. A year ago, it was always a 10-20+. Every waking day was agony and defeat. Change your mindset, change your life. It takes babysteps forward each day. You will see results. I hope I inspire you to go out and do something you love that is challenging you. There is no such thing as failure, only feedback. Think I can, you are right. Think i can't and you will be right. Thoughts can't hurt you unless you choose to believe them. They are neutral until you act upon them.
Chin up, guys! There is a whole life even with Fibro!!! My chiropractor's thought on Fibro is it's our body saying Quit, brain, don't burn me up. We tend to be analytical thinkers and feelers. We've got to let the negativity go and be as it is. Just see them for what they are. Thoughts. Oh, there's a negative thought, no biggie, it'll pass in a little while let's go do something uplifting. My uplifting things change day to day and with seasons. Take care and love you for who you are. You were created with everything you need, including abundance, health, finances, everything. It takes positive actions to get to where we are going. It takes committment, endurance and patience but you'll love the trip. The view of your own success story will be breath taking. For me, working out like that was a HUGE victory and one I didn't think I'd experience.

I agree 100% with all of the above, especially about our thoughts becoming our life. Tells you right in God's Word that very thing! Our words create either good or bad we need to use positive words consistently!
