I have reached my goal of working from home. Both of my businesses are registered with the state. That is exciting. I have an upcoming radio show that I am hosting and writing in August. I have a guest spot coming up on Blog Talk as well. I have been consistently working out for the last two months. I am starting to see great results. Yes, it does make me sore. I alternate days. I do some aerobic cardio, strength training 3 days a week. Then, on the days Fibro is bad or I am sore I do Yoga for aches and pains. It helps. I have consistenly been drinking Thai Go juice (mangosteen mixed with other dark berry juices) for the last couple months. It really helps keep the inflammation down. I am weird when it comes to my Fibro. I have an RA factor which people don't usually have so, I do have inflammation in my body. I mix aloe vera, Thai Go,100% fruit juice fruit punch for two months now. I love it. It's definately my Go juice. I get it at http://www.motherknowsbest.net. I also am still taking the Fibralgia. I used to think docs were crazy telling me to exercise. Now, I am seeing results of a little less pain and fatigue. I do see my goals of becoming successful and getting to take Tae Kwon Do are becoming more and more real. I do have the school picked out and everything. It sure does make you feel good when you reach your goals. Fibro is the strangest thing to me. It just comes out of nowhere and the pain never fully leaves. However, it can be your empowering pad for your goals to be reached for and bigger dreams to be lived if you have faith and believe. There is a reason for everything. I love to support other people with fibro. Each one is different but the process remains relatively the same. I am happy of the person Fibromyalgia has made me become. I feel it makes me truly shine.
With much love,
Crystal
