      Breathwork Somewhat Helpful
      Learned to calm myself this way.
      Lexapro Working / Worked
      Worked but not as good as Celexa.
      Paxil Not Working
      Too many side effects
      Chamomile Somewhat Helpful
      Just for the nights I can not sleep.
      Family Therapy Considering
      Have done this with spouse and it worked well.
      Red Wine Working / Worked
      I like to have a glass after a stressful day it take the edge off.
      DailyStrength Somewhat Helpful
      I think anytime you need to vent and get opinions it is great.
      Holistic Health Working / Worked
      I take Yoga 2 to 3x per week and it makes me sweat and clears my mind. Other holistic things interest me as well.

      Love it, stretches you in your core where alot of stress sits.
      Aromatherapy Somewhat Helpful
      Very sensitive to smell but I like lavender, mint, and citris.

      I like to play music when needing a mood boost but not when anxiety is high. Other than spa like music.

      it helps with SSRI w/drawals.

      Helps me to sleep so I can let everything rest including the anxiety.

      working out period helps but running is good because it satisfies your fight or flight response.

      Big for me, I love my animals. Petting them instantly calms me.

      I want to try and see if it works.
      Fish Oil Considering
      Going to purchase and start taking for alot of reasons.

      Sometimes it is hard to get there because of all the mind noise but if you can block it, it helps.

      Alot of family/friends just don't quite understand if they have not experienced anxiety.

      Does give you a moment of stress relief, but does not last long.

      I really want to try.

      THis is my main drug and staple.
      Prayer Working / Worked
      I find this works really well for me because of my faith. If a really bad attack happens sometime it is hard to concentrate.

      Helps for me to slow down breathing and or make sure I am breathing.

      Takes edge off.

      Weening off right now but worked for me most of the time.
