I am 31 years old and I have a son who is 7 and a daughter who is 5. I like to read and garden and just being active. I found out about my fibromyalgia 3 months ago. Everything still feels up in the air. I sometime wonder if I will feel this way forever.

Hello! I have just read your comments to my last journal entry.Thanks for the support,i'am just catching up on reading jornals etc..as i haven't been online for about 4 days now.I feel emotionally a bit better as i'a trying to accept my physical limitations and not push myself to do anything.It's hard but i have seen an improvement in my outlook on life.I even had a great day the other day where i felt like i had more energy so that was good.Today i'am hurting as i went on along & very hard walk through the woods yesturday.So i'am at home alone while hubby & son have gone out.Lots of love,janexxxx

You must have faith....don't give up....the thing about fibro is that you have flair ups and sometimes remissions, but don't give up....keep pushing, stopping only makes it worse. If you need someone to talk to ....I'm here.
