I did binge last night on a bunch of nuts, cheese, and pudding. Since I got up at a decent time I'm going to go out for a walk. So far today I had oatmeal.
After my oatmeal I did have some yogurt and a bunch of almonds. It is really hot here again today and just don't have the energy to be outside, so I didn't walk. My roommate wanted me to run some errands with him so I got a large coffee light frappucino in return for driving him around. The strange thing is that I've been eating tons of food and the scale doesn't show a weight gain in the last week. I think I was blessed with a fast metabolism or maybe its from eating all the time.





IT'S WEIRD BECAUSE SOMETIMES THAT HAPPENS BUT THEN WAIT A FEW DAYS, IT WILL GET RIGHT BACK ON. WHAT ARE THINGS IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU NEED TO CHANGE THAT MIGHT HELP YOU INTO A NORMAL EATING ENVIRONMENT? HOPE ALL THE FRIENDS HELP WITH MAKING YOU MAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS OR BETTER CHOICES IN LIFE TO MAKE YOU HAPPIER. YOUR ROOMMATE, MAKE, ARE YOU DO FRIENDS OR CLOSE FRIENDS? DOES HE KNOW AND WOULD HE UNDERSTAND IF YOU TELL HIM? JUST WONDERING CUZ MAYBE FRIENDS ARE THE BEST SOLUTIONS.

I think that because you are eating more often and not restricting, your metabolism is getting back in line and your boddy and is becoming more efficient. We all know that when we starve, our bodies slow down and try to conserve and hold onto every little thing we eat. See what happens if you continue to eat more often throughout the day.
