I walked for an hour this morning since it was so nice out.
11:00 Breapkfast/Lunch: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 slices toast, 3 TB guacamole, and yogurt
I packed a PB sandwich and yogurt for dinner, we are having cookies and brownies at work today so I'm excited about that!
I just got back from work and they didn't have cookies/brownies :( They gave out microwave popcorn instead...i saved it for another time.
3:00 PB/j sandwich
5:45 Oatmeal w/TB sunflower seeds
8:30 Grilled cheese sandwich w/fryed egg whites, icecream bar
Hey, everyone.
Sorry I haven't written in awhile. Since the last time I wrote 2 girls have moved in with me, I really like having them around. Its nice to have someone to talk to about school and stuff. I have noticed that since they have moved in I haven't binged as much. They both are concerned about eating healthy so I never have any bad temptations. I'm really starting to focus on not having the all or nothing mentality. I've been allowing myself to eat what I want even if it isn't super healthy for me and if I do eat something not so healthy I have to understand that my whole day is not ruined. I've learned too many times that diets do not work, they actually make binge eating disorder worse. What works is finding the right balance of good and bad. So I have given up dieting, I'm just focusing on eating the foods that will make me feel better and are good for my health. I found a great site that I will share with everyone - http://dognozzle.com/index.html I have been journaling in a notebook about what I'm eating and at what time, but I'm not counting calories! I also haven't been going on my radiculous 2 hour long walks, the exercise I'm getting now is walking to class. I would like to start strength training, but with school going on it is hard to find time. I'm just trying to balance everything in my life and not be so hard on myself. I've been maintaining my weight of 130lbs for the last month. I would like to be smaller, but I just have to focus on being healthier and good to myself and the weight will slowly come off if I'm patient.

6:30 Apple w/2 TB peanut butter, yogurt
9:30 Sugar free french vanilla coffee

11:00 Applesauce, oatmeal, and alot of almonds

12:00 2 slices toast w/ spray butter and maple syrup, milk, and oatmeal
4:00 some chex mix
5:30 1/2 6" sub, cookie
7:00 some chex mix
9:00 Veggies with butter, ice cream bar
11:00 2 slices toast w/ jam and spray butter
12:00 some chex mix, fiber-one granola bar

11:00 Raisin Bran w/milk, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
2:30 Slice toast w/ guacamole and 1/4 cup cottage cheese
5:00 6" ham sub
7:00 2 subway cookies, popcorn
I hope everyone is doing well, I'll try to start journaling more, but its hard with school and work.
