I was sexually abused when I was three years old. I don't want this to define my life. I am more than my abuser.

- Art Working / Worked
- I do this as a way to calm myself down. I prefer water color. I've done one painting and I'm working on the second.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- My mother listens but after while she can't because she feels guilty and it is very exhausting.
Close Obesity
I am insulin resistant and I have about 80 pounds to lose. I became heavey to avoid interest from people. It was a way to protect myself. I don't want it anymore.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- I'm on low-carb for my insulin resistance anyway. I was on Induction for a week, it worked but is hard.
- Physical Exercise Somewhat Helpful
- I have a small collection of videos that I use, I also walk and do yoga. Loving the yoga.
Open Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
I am insulin resistant, I suffer from the weight gain around my middle, I have more muscle than normal women, and some of the hirsuitism. I want to be more normal. Sigh. :(

- High Fiber Diet Working / Worked
- I take the pysllium from Trader Joe's. It helps but causes gas.
Open Interstitial Cystitis (IC)
