38w1d!!! I can’t believe it’s time! This week went by so quickly. But it’s been a wonderful week, as I got to spend a lot of time with DH and we were able to look forward to our son’s arrival without work stress, etc. The average temp has been 88 degrees, so we spent quite some time in the pool and just relaxed. Yesterday was definitely the day that it “hit” me…. Big time!!! I was soooo emotional, not sure how many times I cried. I just can’t believe we are 2 days away from holding our son. DH hasn’t been able to hide his emotions either; he’s practically been attached to my belly and can’t wipe the grin off his face. He’s been showering me with love and affection; it’s been such an amazing time. 7 years I’ve been with this man and just when I thought we couldn’t be any closer or more in love, I realize that this has taken us to a whole new level. I’m just so overcome with happiness and joy!!!!
