About Me
My husband has been in prison for 3.5 yrs and we have been married for a little over 3.5. Life without him sucks. 2.5 yrs he spent in KS DOC and I only was able to see him 4 times in that time span. He is finished in KS, now in AZ and should be coming home in September!

Music, writing, poetry, reading, music and more music. Music is my life I came out of my mom singing and it is good that God blessed me with lots of talent for it. I also write stories, poetry, music and play the piano.

Where have you been woman? I've missed you on Families of Prisoners. Are you doing okay? I just read Rhea's message. Your guy is home. I forgot. No wonder you haven't been on. You will come back and visit though, right? We still need you to encourage and help us with what to expect after our loved one is out and back home with us, I know there are struggles, and you can help prepare us for them, so that we won't be surprised by them and will have some idea how to handle them. My husband of 3.5+ yrs has spent the last 2.5+ in prison in ks, and we are from az and that is where I live. He has probation violation charges to comeback and face after his 2.5 yr sentence in ks is up. I only see him once every 6 mos and spend an average of $350.00 a month in collect call charges. I don't have many friends who support me or relate with what I am going through.

I have severe eczema and no insurance. How is that for a combination?

I was sexually abused by 3 different men from the ages 5-9 and until a couple years ago I struggled with depression(unmedicated), no self esteem all that accopmanies that. But it can get better if you seek help.It took me years of depression, seclusion then as an older teenager and adult alcohol and gratuitous drug usage and ending up in jail before I realized my destructive behavior had to stop.

it's horrible and almost ruined our (my husband and I) life it is the reason he is in prison now and why he was on probation in az, it is why I was in jail, on probation and why I miscarried.It is the great justifier of all things bad, when you are on it you will justify things that you would not do if you were sober. it SUCKS!!!!
