the amount of D I D activity lately has me so lost and feeling alone i feel like no one knows whats its like to feel this way. i know that is irrational thinking. i want to understand my system better i want to understand the girls better, but right now i am more frustrated than understanding. 
oh the plus side with my friend working with me " Brianna" my 8yr old alter is happier from what i am told ( i dont have much Consciousness when i switch alters) " Angela" who is 22 doesnt seem as angry but she is still very very protective of me and the system. and "Abigail" who is 16 is still pretty sexually ummm charged as ever but at least she can have a conversation with my friend without trying get jump through my computer onto my friend.
the thing that sucks is that i have to hear all this shit second hand from either my husband or best friend and that shit sucks i hate it. and the girls seem to come out more when i am stressed out which stresses me out more ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....
