  Maybe eternity is not what we think it is. I have thought about that much; esp. from your experience.. you felt nothing; you felt free of pain and worry. Eternity of nothingness is not so bad after having lived with so much pain in so many ways.

  thnks for the hug and i wont for get to water them. Ilove your out look on life. it so inspirational. I have had a rough time. and it hard to get it into prospective but you seem to be good at that. Ihave also been injured and i am on a walker supposed to be in a wheel chair but iam a stubborn women. i lived in las vegas a long time and some days it has its ups and downs.

  WHIne and bitch all you want Jim... I do it all the time too.. And yes= I agree that society hates cripples.. Especially a 25 year old woman with 2 little kids that gets the close parking space and rides the motorized chair at the store... I've lost count of how many times I've been asked to show my cripple ID card or get out of the spot or off the motorized chair... My legs are getting very bad- have to get fitted for braces, and when I can afford it- get a chair... I don't have a brain injury, but just no damn brain... Can barely remember things anymore, grades are dropping cuz I just cannot keep them up- not as easily as before... getting an F in algebra... gonna get kicked off financial aid- but oh well.. what am I gonna do with a flippin degree anyways? Just keep getting worse as time goes on... And nope- life is not a bowl of cherries- never has been nor ever will be.. So- yep- lets just hate life's circumstances together... Big Hugs and lots of loves... Oh- yea- I did change my screen name, as I thought it was appropriate since times are always changing...

  Jim, How the heck have you been? Its been soo soo very long.. I've lost contact with everyone, justabout.. I've been so busy with the kids and school and health issues on top of health issues (which I'm sure you're familiar with the time constraints)..   hugs for a good day. If i had a dream what would it look like on canvas? Now how is that for a fun art project! Look forward to seeing what you come up with. I am still so profoundly touched by one of your paintings.. i do not remember its name but i can see it in my mind. I think it had something to do with when you had uter peace... and it made me long for that kind of peace too; it was hopeful ; soulful, a connection of so deep an understanding. I am still here at DS just not as much becasue of so much pain.. and too it is summer.. I am sitting outside as much as the weather permits. love and hugs.
