Close Chronic Pain
I have had throbbing head pain for 18 years with no breaks. I had to drop out of college right after my 23rd birthday and I had no life at all, just living with my parents. Socially it has been devasating. I am on mty own six years now. and I saw a more compassionate doctor a year ago that finally put me some medicine that is helping me cope. I am 40 years old, no degree, no boyfriend , never married, no kids. I feel very sad about that.

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionHi, I have a chronic pain disorder for almost 20 years that has totally bulldozed my life. Once upon a time I was bouncy, beautiful, college co-ed with the world at my feet, then I woke one day like a truck had driven over me in the middle of the night. I had to drop out of university breaking my heart. I am now 40 and just very disappointed that I never got have the normal things in life.
