    • About Me

I am a graphic designer, father of a handsome boy, husband of a delightful wife, and a lover of my Lord Jesus Christ. I have too many interests...lol. I codirect a Celebrate Recovery group at the local University and help lead the CR in my church. I want to live to see Christ work in the lives of individuals and families to see this generation carry the torch of healing to the next generations.

      Treatments

      Breathwork Somewhat Helpful
In the early stages of using Freezeframer application with my therapist...very challenging in this usage. As an ingredient in stopping panic attacks...VITAL.
      Lexapro Not Working
Worked initially, but found with my MD that I needed the boost of a dual-release medicine to elevate not only my serotonine levels, but also norepinephrine levels.
      Cymbalta Working / Worked
This med has hit the mark for me, not that I may not venture to others. There are tough spots at times (that may extend to days), but the overall trend is to healing.
    • Close Asthma
      Type: Childhood Asthma

My son has had seasonal asthama since he was really little. We didn't even know what it was initially. Just seemed like he was sick and throwing up often. One doc finally made the connection about four years ago.

      Treatments

      Advair Too Soon to Tell
Recd sample on 05/25/07...using with a ton of other new ones though...
      Inhaler Somewhat Helpful
My son have never seemed to get much of the Albuterol or Flovent in to be very effective...even with a spacer...trying MaxAir
      Singulair Too Soon to Tell
      Will let you know soon
      Flonase Somewhat Helpful
My son have never seemed to get much of the Albuterol or Flovent in to be very effective...even with a spacer...trying MaxAir
      Procrit Considering
Seems to be a good alternative to Albuterol...may be pricey dep. on your insurance
    • Open COPD & Emphysema

I am on this group on behalf of my father, who just went through a hellacious bout of Bronchitis, only to find that Emphysema was the real root issue. He quit a two-pack-a-day smoking habit about 25 years ago, but also probably had residual damage from solvents, chemicals, dust, and smoke related to his demanding work environments over the years (i.e. metal shop, factory engineering, welding, farming, etc.)

      Treatments

      Albuterol Too Soon to Tell
      Oxygen Working / Worked
Overnight O2 to prevent respiratory episodes at night.
