ok so typing things out didnt help this time after i got off the computer i went for a ride with my mom and we talked more i did the talking. and i really feel better so i still cant see the light but i took a few steps closer to it. but im really sick of this roller coast im on and i just want to be done with it. my parents are meeting with my theripist on wed to talk to them about things i cant get across. im going to call her and have her add a few more things like how talking and going to the site and the grave helps me.
