Hi! nice to hear from you. Been busy the last week designing my new support group http://digestivesystemdisorder.nin... Not leaving this group, just needed to expand myself.. I also realized that I need to do a little bit of house cleaning in my friends list. Some of the people on it are nolonger actively involved with DS..So I am going to have to check them off one at a time. You are not on my list to remove my friend...I will be sending out a new poem soon...LOL

Close Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis
I have UC, dx 6/04. I'm an almost 50 yr. old woman. I'm a former Remicade patient, now taking Humira. Dr now thinks its Crohn's.
Treatments
- Asacol Somewhat Helpful
- new doc likes Colazal better. I don't know why.
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- cooked spinach and broccoli
- Colazal Working / Worked
- also use canassa suppositories as needed
- Flagyl Working / Worked
- for C-Diff I got in the hospital
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- WILL NEVER TAKE AGAIN, I'M DIABETIC
- Remicade Not Working
- broke out in hives
Close Depression
I have IBD and am getting very depressed about not having control of my life

Open Hemorrhoids
I have Crohn's/Colits hence hemerrhoids, need help!
Open Gallstones
I have CD/UC, had hernia surgery Aug. 1 and now I have all of the symptoms of a gallbladder attack except no vomiting, yet.
