Close Hepatitis C
Started treatment for Hep C in June 2007. (Just fought a battle with Breast Cancer in 2003 treatment was Chemo theropy). I think I probably got it from a blood transfusion when I was in an auto accident and was paralized in 1977.
Treatments
- Interferon Working / Worked
- Was working great. Viral load dropped from 17millio to 250 in 3 1/2 months. My Oncologist stopped because of the return of bone Cancer. Have to go on Chemo, can' do both.
- Ribavarin Working / Worked
- Stopped because of Cancer complications. Was working very well.
Close Breast Cancer
Stage: 0 (Tis)Found out that I had breast cancer around April 2003. It has returned and settled in the bone.
Treatments
- Chemotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Had Chemo in 2003 Going to start wkly doses soon.
- Mastectomy Somewhat Helpful
- Radiotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- Start next week.
- Reconstructive Surgery Working / Worked

- Nolvadex Working / Worked
- Took for 4 yrs.
Open Paralysis
Type: Paraplegic (lower body)Auto Accident in 1977 left me paralize from the waist down. Had a herrington rod placed in my back along with one of my ribs to stableize the spine.
