I have 3 kids, 2 are adults, 1 is almost there.I was diagnosed with bi-polar 3 years ago. I go to psycho therapy 3 times a month, and a support group once every 2 weeks.

Being outside as much as i can, spending as much time with my kids as i can. Cookouts, movies, crosswords, music, reading, horses, my cats and dog. And talking to my Rodney.

Close Bipolar Disorder
Was diagnosed with bi-polar 16 months ago. depressed almost all the time.
Treatments
- Abilify Working / Worked
- seems to be helping a lot
- Celexa Working / Worked
- dont really know if its working yet
- Group Therapy Working / Worked
- It helps me a lot
- Lamictal Somewhat Helpful
- Zyprexa Not Working
- did lot work. made me feel much worse
