Close Asperger Syndrome
I am a mother of a 6 yr. old boy and he is dx with asperger by pschologist and pdd from a counselor, either way on the spectrum. He's so sweet and way loveable. What makes him unique on the spectrum is he doesn't have tantrums and he knows how to show empathy.

Michael my son, just turned 6 yrs old. He is the love of my life but can be trying at times. I believe he has asperger but now my school district thinks he may be pdd, either way he's on the spectrum. I had him in early intervention from 14 months. At first I could only get him pt bit gradually he was able to receive more services. I have seem big improvements in him. His eye contact is getting better. I work full-time and my husband is away-military,so it's all me.Can get stressful.
Treatments

- startedwith physical therapy and then eventally added speech, spec. ed teacher
- Occupational Therapy Working / Worked
- Seems to behelping him, his big area is learning to socialize which the o.t teacher is working on.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Michael has poor muscl tone through out his body so I have him do swimming lessons 1 a week. It sems to help with his endurance.
