  Thanks for the support. Your hug helped lift my spirits. Until I burned my lunch and started crying again. I took a nap for 4 hours and feel a bit better. I can't wait for my pdoc appt and see if I can get meds adjusted again. The ones I'm on aren't helping my mania and depression. Maybe I want to be a zombie. Better than jumping back and forth all the time. lol
