I am a 36 year old mum of 2 lovely children. I have been separated for about 7 months after an emotionally abusive 12 year relationship which has just about put me of another relationship for life. Anyway I am enjoying speaking to so many caring people facing many difficult situations in their lives.

Do communicate your needs, do explore yourself first with a vibrator or when your alone. This get's you to understand your body, timing of your orgasm, positions you are comfortable with, etc, etc. Don't assume the man should know what to do. They need guidance. I have not yet acheived an orgasm with a man as I still have to use my vibrator. I recently got a divorce and feel that the next man that I'm with should be someone I feel like I can express anything to and that he will be patient with me as well. I still have hope that I will acheive one. I say this because I can do it myself so why can I not have it with a man? So, I know that I just need the right person and a little more patience. In the meantime I use a vibrator :)
