I had a baby 4 months ago and gaind 30lbs in addition to my 100lbs that I have to loose. My husband is working on a cruise ship in Hawaii and I need to loose a noticeable amount of weight before I see him again.
Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Too Soon to Tell
- I'm trying to eat proten with every meal, good carbs in the morning and after noon, and things like chicken and salad for dinner. For exercise I clean all day.
- 6 Week Body Makeover Working / Worked
- I'm not currently doing the body makeover but when I was I lost like 5lbs in one week. You loose weight fast but get tired of being so hungry so you binge and binge good.
