benn pulling since about the age of 10 when my parents split..been trying a stress ball which worked at first but it just doesn't seem anywhere near as satisfying as pulling! I still have a lot of hair as I only pull a strand at a time but I fear for not much longer!!! I don't want to go on medication but it may result in that t stop it before it gets out of control xx
