I am a 37 year old from Rhode Island. I decided to join this group because I am very stressed out, have severe depression, and severe anxiety attacks, and a sleep disorder. I joined for another reason because I am not sure what to do or how to handle it anymore. I lost my mother when I was 19 years old, and ever since then I have not been the same person I was 17 years ago. So I am glad that I joined this group and hope to talk to you all soon.
