Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I am a single mom of 4 who struggles with weight on a daily basis. I could use to lose about 100lbs to be at a health weight. It would be nice to do it without any surgery or drugs.
Treatments
- Atkins Diet Not Working
- wound up with cholecystitis and have to have a cholecystectomy.
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- I try to avoid foods high in fat content and drinks with tons of calories, problem is, I love the taste of food!
- Eating Healthier Foods Somewhat Helpful
- I at one time weighed over 400 lbs. I am down to 270 but have been stuck here for about 5 years, would like to be 170

- tried it years ago, kids feel more comfortable talking to me about their problems

- love has helped them, they know I love them unconditionally.
