For the last few weeks it's been hell for me as i had real big problems with my tinnitus but now it had settled down. I had to go back to my old hearing aids for releif and it's working. My buttocks ate starting to hurt again and so are my knees. I think me doing up and down those stairs are not really helping as they are pretty hard.

I have made a decison to go back on Citalopram for my depression as i felt is coming back very slow and didn't want it to get worst.It may help with the pain but if it doesn't i will go back and see if i can have something for the pain as well as the depression??

Got enough to deal with right now with chritsmas in just over 2 weeks away is getting very close to me now as i have money worries which i don't need as i don't work for living but i i do do alittle to earn a little of pocket money! I am waiting for 2 new benefits which i have claimed a few weeks ago and to see if i will get some money from them to help me???
 Also yesterday i got refarred by my gp to see this specialist in London to see if he can help me or not?

So it's good news i guess!
