I am a 55 year old grandma and have been having health problems for about 12 years. Diagnosed Hypothyroid and on Thyroxine but still feel worse and worse. My days and nights are painful due to fibromyalgia ( I think ) but the docs think I just need PROZAC. Have become obese due to inactivity and other factors which makes symptoms worse too.

Interests
I love being at the beach but cannot get there these days as I cannot drive that far. All my interests are kind of on hold I guess as I have no energy to persue them.

Close Fibromyalgia
Not 100% percent yet on this diagnosis, one doctor said FM another said early RA so waiting to go back to consultant and see if they decide. Whatever it is I am in trouble. pain weakness spasms etc etc are causing me some big problems and my life has changed so much over the last year or so.

Lost 70 lbs 3 years ago put back all that plus 30lbs as well :( this year I admit to pigging out at times ( stress/emotions ) Huge trauma in my life a few years back which is unresolved. Think meds and lack of energy for exercise partly to blame too.
