I am so blessed to have all of my D/S friends and I want to take this Thanksgiving day to let all my friends know that.

We had a fun week end with Karley. I picked her up Friday afternoon after school and we talked and talked all the to my house. Then we picked her Daddy up and we went out for Mexican food. She was telling us a funny story that happened at her school and after she got through telling us she said "and I laughed on top of my lungs". (lol) Aren't kids great!!!
Saturday morning she woke up before 7:00am and got up and played on the computer and let me sleep until 8:15. At that time she came into my bedroom saying, "Nanje, Nanje, time to wake up"! I opened my eyes and there she stood with a big smile on her face and a cup of coffee in her hands for me. She had made coffee and fixed it with sweet and low and creamer just like I do and served me in bed. (AWWWWW!) I wouldn't take a million dollars for that moment. She's my special Angel from Heaven! Later that afternoon we went to the movie and saw "A Christmas Carol", with Jim Carey. It was very good and Karley loved it. After the movie we went to Dillard's and I bought her a dress and shoes to wear to a wedding. Her first grade teacher is getting married Dec. 19Th and Karley was the only student that received an invitation to her wedding. The dress looked adorable on her. After we finished shopping we went out to eat at "Red Lobster". Yesterday, she and I went to Church. Her Daddy stayed home and slept. After church we went out to eat and then went to Wal-mart to look at the toys to give me an idea of what to tell Santa she wants for Christmas. All of the kids are going crazy over something called "silly bands", so we went to another store and I bought two packs for her. By that time it was time for her to go back home so we came back to my house and she and her Daddy headed back to Auburn. She will be back Thursday for four days. We will continue the fun at that time.
Happy Thanksgiving week to everyone! I hope everyone is planning a great day Thursday. I will probably gain another five lbs. or more.

Well, let's try this again!!! I just wrote for over an hour in my journal and then it just disappeared! (GRRRRRRRRRRR) FRUSTRATION!!!!!!!!!!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday and all the kiddies are gearing up to have a great trick or treat night. We had ours here in our town on Thursday night because of the Talladega Nascar Race this week end. We are 10 minutes away from the track. I always stay close to home during race week-end unless I go out while the race is running and then you better get back home before it ends or you will find yourself in a huge traffic jam.
Thanks to everyone that sent happy birthday wishes to me on my birthday. I feel very honored and loved. You are the best! I had a lovely birthday. Two friends (Donna and Joe) took me to lunch and also gave me a beautiful pair of earrings, a Tiger letter opener and a beautiful card.
That evening my Sis and Jeff took me to dinner at The Olive Garden. My sis paid for my dinner and gave me a beautiful card and Jeff gave me a three piece outfit and a very touching card. I was so impressed with what it said I just have to share it with everyone. It really touched my heart.

I am so thankful that the Lord has given me the opportunity to be here for Jeff and that he feels this way about me. We have been through an awful lot together, but our love for each other has out-weighed the bad things in this world and made us stronger. Alot of the times we didn't have anyone but each other. Thank you Jeff, Carolyn, (my sis) Beth, Chris, Donna, Joe, teresa and Dale for all your wonderful wishes.
Oh, by the way, check out a picture of me that I just posted on my photo's. My friend Teresa Shell posted this picture of me on her facebook page. I looked it up and I could'nt believe I ever looked like this and it was just fourteen years ago. I was 56 years old when it was taken.
OMG, what happened in 14 years? (lol)
I am watching the Auburn-Ole Miss. game. Right at this moment we are ahead 10 to 7. We haven't played very well the last three games so we may lose this one too. I hope your team wins this week-end unless it is Ole-Miss! (lol)
