So what's new 10 months later? Ummm, not much. Guess that's a good thing. My labs are still good. Same dose of Synthroid. Still feeling good. Had a follow up optho appt yesterday. He said my eyes look healthy...no bulging. My slight lid retraction has disappeared in my right eye, but now I have it slightly in my left. He said they will flip flop. I'm just happy that's all there is. Hopefully it's almost over...I've had mild symptoms since I was diagnosed...it's been almost 2 years. You would think it's almost burnt out. I'm just thankful it never got any worse.
Life is good. Off of school for the summer. Working and spending time with my 2.5 year old. Husband is good as well. I was at a store today, thinking about my surgery, so long ago now it seems. I heard a really great song and went up to ask the sales girl if she knew who the artist was. I looked at her neck and she had a scar, looks like mine did months ago. I didn't say anything....just smiled to myself. Not that someone else was sick...just I guess we are not as alone as we feel sometimes.
Hope everyone is well. There are so many of you I still think of, and come to check on. Take care. xo

hi mandi, your pictures are great, you look very pretty and the scar hardly shows at all, when did you have the TT? has it improved your eye problems? though from your pics your eyes look really great, i cant see anything wrong there :-) i am trying the meds first though i did want the TT right away, but my endo talked me out of it, how long did you wait before haveing the op? take care annex
