  It is freezing cold here too! I read your additions to your last journal. That is too bad that pain meds are limited. I had a chiropractor years ago that healed my back with infrared light. He did other stuff too but I know it was this light. I had sciatica so bad for 4 years and I finally couldn't stand it anymore. I threw away my pain meds and went to this chiro. He had me pain free in 3 months! I have yet to have sciatica again! I am glad you are going to one. Did your friend come over then? A friend always has a way of making us forget our miseries for awhile! I don't blame you for sitting in front of the heater! I am lucky in that I have a very warm house. It is super insulated and I have baseboard electric heaters in each room that I can adjust per room. Right now they are cranked up! LOL I know when the bill comes I will regret it, but after being out in the snow today I need it! I hope you stay warm and have a nice evening! :) Cheryl
