About Me
I am 45 years old I have been married 23 years and have a 13 year old. I have Lupus since the age of 28. It has been a diffcult road at times , most of the time I keep a postive attitude. I love to cook , I love animals art, nature. I love to learn . I have a background in biology so I am constantly looking up medical improvements and conditions etc. . I take each day as it comes and make the most of it.I have been blessed with great friends and family!!!!! My sprituality gets me through life. The connection helps me see the big picture. I have a postive outlook on life most of the time. My belief is everything happens for a reason. Even lupus it has taught me so many valuable lessons. We are here to learn. I am doing alot of that.

I hope you are well too, thank you. I ended up being cleared for an MRI and the results were mostly normal. Now I have a LP on Tuesday and I will hopefully get answers there. If they can not find the problem causing copper in my blood a liver biopsy is next so hoping the LP shows something.

Noticed we have some things in common, Lupus(of course), are close to the same age, have background in biology, believe we are supposed to be learning something through this experience and our faith is very important to us. I am 43 years old. I am married and have one 12 year old daughter. I have had lupus Nephritis since I was 28yrs old. (kidneys) I have also what is know as lupus anitcoagulate(clotting problem) I Have had two pulmonary Embolism. The 2nd embolism nearly killed me. I was in a drug induced coma that was 7years ago. It took me four or five yrs to come back to myself. It left me with damage to one lung.I am now facing the lupus attacking my brain and central nervous system and possible my heart.

- Plaquenil Somewhat Helpful
- worked in the past for me
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- I am not on all time , when I need it has worked for me.
