About Me
I work with teenagers and love my job but it is very demanding. I have 2 childeren, one is 25 and just graduated from nursing school and the other is 22 and will graduate next November from college. Oh and they are both engaged and will be married 4 weeks apart! Thank goodness they are not both girls! I'm trying to move on from a husband who has been unfaithful to me for years and years! I'm trying really hard!

I am a 47 year old woman, I have been married to a man for 26 years who has been unfaithful so many times that I can't count now! I have left him many times only to reconcile after he promises me the moon amoung other things! I can't understand why for the life of me that I continue to allow him back into my life. I was raised by 2 very wonderful parents and was never treated unfair. I have been to numerous counselors and will get mentally healthy for awhile but I always fall back!

- Couples Counseling Not Working
- My husband was the perfect patient for awhile but always slipped back into being unfaithful! His Mom was the same way with his Dad!
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Counseling always helped me to develope clarity about my situation but after awhile I would slip back into the abusive relationship!
Close Depression
Type: Seasonal Affective DisorderI've been in a bad relationship for along time and started to suffer from depression.. I'm trying to work up my courage and get OUT of this bad situation and the meds are helping!
Treatments
- Prozac Not Working
- Terrible headaches!
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Trying to do what the therapist is suggesting but having to rethink my life!
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Very Good! Has made my life so much better. Not great but better!
Open Breakups & Divorce
I'm separated but need to get the divorce b/c I am married to a really mixed up man who honestly I don't even knows he has a problem. He's a SA

- It is helping me to realize that I am not the problem but I do have an addiction to him!
