Now at 273. Not the best progress, but not too shabby either. If I can keep with about a 10lb/month pace I think I will be able to do this in a healthy, speedy way. Feeling okay today, but not great. I want to keep moving and it's hard now that it has gotten so hot. I am thinking seriously about joining the local Y specifically for the aqua-aerobics. I love swimming and the water. I just need to get over my body image stuff. I can also walk the track which will be climate and pollen controlled. Summer in the south is the pits sometimes...
