  I am sorry i read it wrong!! One question though,WHY do you keep track of the day she died? I do everything in my power to forget that day- it is unhealthy to focus on the day she died-celebrate her life, celebrate her birthday, try not to dwell on the negative things. I find it a lot easier to NOT acknowledge Zarrek's day of death, as far as I am concerned it is not an important day, its a horrible one to remember. I do not mean to sound harsh, but once you have gotten through many years, you will probably think the same way.Your pain is still very fresh, try not to add to it with negative memories.   I just wanted to send you a message to let you know you are not alone, I too have trouble coping on my sons birthdays(Zarrek died if SIDS in 1991), even after all these years, when his b-day comes around I find myself crying and wondering what he would be like at that age. So my heart goes out to you,the pain DOES get less intense over time, but you never forget, nor should we!! God Bless you and your daughter. Love Dawn
