So tomorrow is the big day back in court for one more round of WTF, Why The Fuck, are we still doing this. But alas no it's is not to be because my dumb ass lawyer double booked and is stuck in a jury trial all day tomorrow. I am very pissed off I know this just jumped on to his schedule last November but you think he would have had time to juggle things around. So now its continued, once again, until October 5th.

Something similar happened to me.... My lawyers wife decided to go horseback riding and fell off.... I was sitting in the courtroom patiently waiting for my attorney to show up, then his paralegal came in and told the judge what happened! I know your pain...
