      I was born a poor lad in Edinburgh Scotland in a small apartment and I have never been admitted and spent a night in a hospital. I was married for 22 years and had maybe one or two good years through out the whole thing. My stbx left me for a second time on April 17, 2007. I did not know it at the time but it was the best thing she could have done for me. I get lonely a lot but I don't miss her.       Forgiveness Not Working
      I forgave her for the first time I was abandoned and for her affair but I can't do it again.
      Music Working / Worked
      No sappy love songs or any thing depressing. Lots of wailing guitars and Rock N Roll
      Pets Working / Worked
      Now that he is gone its just another hole in my life but when he was with me, he kept me going. Not ready for another one but maybe one day.
      Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
      I am in therapy and have been for some time. Its a nice reminder that I have been through a lot and I am not insane.
      Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
      Not a lot but what I have does help.

      D.S. has been my support group and it has helped a lot I don't know where I would be with out it.
      Talking Working / Worked
      Helps a great deal and some times I may talk to much. Close friends help a lot and keep me centered.
      Time Working / Worked
      Time is the great healer and I am a lot better then I was in the beginning. Time works if you let it.
