  Hi BB1 I hope you are feeling much better I know what you are going throw I went throw that at one point well I be praying for you I hope you get a Dx soon go see a hematologist if you suspect you might have myeloma he ask for a bone marrow biobsy take care mill

  Hang in there,know what you're going through. It's so frustrating that the slightest thing can set it off and sometimes not the same things. My joints ache in so many places and each day is different. Have you tried lying in a hot bath (as hot as you can stand), take pain killers and you medication and lie in bed and sleep. This will realx your muscles, takes the wieght off your back and hips and gives you rest. I usually take a hot milky drink also. Just a suggestion. All the best.
