So I decided to write a food Journal here because it's easiest and I can also add whatever is going on in my life. I started eating well yesterday, so I will start from then on my goal and then post for today tonight.
Breakfast: Muesli
Lunch: Salad with a little bit of feta cheese & balsamic vinegar/oil dressing, 1 potato (seems weird but it was left overs.
Snack: 2 small pieces of cheese (in a rush)
Dinner:Rice, vegetables, chicken/pork stir fry.
Late snack with friends: Few chocolate almonds, couple handfuls of popcorn.
30 minutes of Biggest loser video.
