Hang in there it takes awhile to get use to the diabetic diet and what carbs effects you and how they effect you. It takes time to understand what your body will handle. It does get better. I have been type 2 for 6 1/2 years now. It was trial and error when I first had to follow the diabetic diet. Now it come natural to me. Hugs to you.

Hi - glad to hear you are starting your long journey to get better, it is so hard to eat correctly and feel happy and all the stuff that we are supposed to do, just do what feels right for you, if you need to eat somedays then go ahead but don't forget to pat your self on the back when you have good days and don't overeat. I have dealt with depression for as long as I can remember. However, it has increased over the last 3 years because of a constant pain that I am dealing with.
I had a TAH i Nov. 06. I am doing well except for hot flashes and night sweats. I could not go on HRT because I once had a DVT.
I was juat diagnosed with RSD after suffering 3 years. I am hoping for some help and relief.
I am a lifetime member of WW and now I am attending WW again.
I just found out that I have this and I am struggling with managing my carbs. It seems since I am not suppose to have them, that I want them more. I can use all of the support that I can get. Thanks, TLE
