Today my little girl would have been 1 year old today. It feels like it was so long ago that we lost her. But her memory is still strong. I feel like this is more of a happy day than a sad day. I do miss her but I'm happy for her because she is where she is supposed to be and that I haven't forgotten her. How could I forget my angel? For her birthday, my DH and I bought a cute little outfit for a one year old and we are giving it to a friend at church who is taking it to Boliva on a mission trip. On her trip she will participate in a ministry to wash and cleanse the young children and babies of impoverished families. Women and children live their lives on the street. I"m glad that this ministry is there for them. My friend will choose one special little girl and present her with the outift. It makes me feel good that doing something to help and care for another child makes me feel like I'm caring for and loving Taylor. She is still here with me.

On another note.. I'm handing in my thesis today! I"m done with that. I still have to do a seminar, which is just a 30 min presentation on my thesis and then get some comments back from my readers, make the changes and submit it for good! But the hard part is over. I'm so happy, thats a huge burden off of me. I also think I have a part time job for the summer so I won't be bored sitting at home with my feet up! more on that later.
