I know I was all worried yesterday about feeling the baby. I ended up going home at lunch (its nice to be a grad student sometimes) because I just felt so exhausted. So I'm sitting on the couch with the dog on my lap and out of the blue, all of a sudden I felt something. I'm fairly certain it was the baby. I can't really dismiss it as anything else. I can't really describe how it felt but it was really awsome. It was almost as if the baby was stretching and bumped into the side of my tummy. It was on the left below my belly button. I just started crying feeling so much relief and amazement. I called my DH because I wanted to share that moment with him but he wasn't at his desk. He called a little later though. I only felt it that one time so far but it did give me some relief and peace of mind.  I can't wait until he/she starts doing it more and more. I want my DH to feel it too!
