I am single.I am 60 years old woman and live in AR and I am on disability for Fibromyalgia. I have had these symptoms for 35 plus years every doctor told me in was in my head or prescribed some sort of pain pill. About 5 years ago I finally was diagnosed with fibromygia . I had my bouts with it over the years but nothing as bad as about 5 years ago when I was diagnosed with fibr. About two years ago it really got worse....I wanted to do nothing but sleep...I couldn't keep my eyelids open, never had any energy to do anything fall asleep again..My sleepyness has gotten alot better since I starting using my cpap machine. I have a daughter that is 39 and she has the same symptoms her sleep apena is worse they couldn't believe she wasn't already on a oxygen machine....we have never smoked this is a symptom of FibromyalgiaI I live in AR and I am on disability for Fibromyalgia.

Interests
My passion was working, exercising, taking care of family and going on outings. But most of this has been terminated because I do not have the energy to do these things. I do occasionally some scrapebooking, I enjoy that when I can. But life is not the same I was robbed of my life. I would have liked to lived a normal life. I know things could be worse so I thank God for the things in life that I can do and enjoy...You do have to have your Faith....

- it was somewhat helpful when I was doing it.

- tried this before it did nothing for me

- It really seems to help when I have pain. I usually can go to sleep with heat on me.

- Well when I took this I gained 40 lbs and have been unable to loose it. I would not recommend this drug to anyone

- YES IT IS HELPING..i THINK I WOULD BE WORSE IF I WAS NOT TAKING THIS PILL I AM TAKING 40 MG A DAY

- yes i take this for sleeping...i also use a cpap at night for sleep apena...if you do not get good sleep at night alot can go wrong with your body. If you snore go through a sleep study I think you will be happy with the results.
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Yes I am up to 300 mg a day...it gave me more energy...for my fatigue

- so far so good, doctor says if I have a lot of sinus infections this year...then the shots are not doing their job...only time will tell

- Have not had to use one yet, just stay away from yellow jackets...that bee sting is a killer for me

My story is that I AM allergic to about everything, fish, pork, beef, milk, all kinds of medications and I gained 40 lbs either from the steriods that they gave me or else the lyrica that I took...tell me what I could do.

I am a 60 year old lady that has been suffering with fibromyalgia....which I am trying to deal with that. 35 years I have had it I was told all the time it was in my..not until 5 years ago was I diagnosed. I heard this doctor had a seminar that was going to be 3 different Saturdays. While listening to his lectures..I decided right there that it sure did sound like me. I made an appointment about nine months ago....yes I have sleep apena...so I was ordered a cpap....

- I didn't like wearing it every night...just didn't want the hassle. Waking me up because I had to adjust it. But I have for the last 2 weeks..I have more energy...really haven't given it much of a chance...so if you need one use it...I think it will help in the long run.. I do dream with or without the cpap.

- This is a wonderful pill, it will make you sleepy but after you have taken it for awhile you will get used to it.

I HAVE A GRANDSON THAT HAS ASPERGERS AND ANOTHER THAT HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH ADHD, A GRANDDAUGHTER WITH ODD OR ODC OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT...i THINK THE SCHOOL SYSTEM DOES NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH ANY CHILDREN LIKE THIS...IT WOULD ACUTALLY HAVE TO WORK...ALSO I THINK MOST TEACHERS DON'T EVEN HAVE A CLUE ABOUT HOW TO DEAL WITH THESE CHILDREN...BUT YOU KNOW THEY NEED TOO, WE ALL PAY TAXES AND WE ARE ALL ENTITLED TO SEND OUR CHILDREN TO SCHOOL...AFTER ALL THEY SAY NO CHILD IS LEFT BEHIND..RACHEL
